My journey began in 2012, when I decided to leave my hometown Paris, to move to Toronto and it is here where I found out what my real passion was.
As soon as I arrived, I quickly noticed the incredible energy, motivation and dedication to fitness that most people have in North America. Their healthy lifestyle has connected so well with me that it has awakened my passion for fitness.
While I was starting to develop a healthy lifestyle, my enthusiasm pushed me towards the next level. On my own and on my free time, I started to look deeper into a different way of life. The goal was to better myself in all areas of my life by creating the perfect fit for myself. From there, I have researched, studied and grown my knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I became fascinated by the power of the body, and throughout my researches and experiments, I understood how I could blossom just like a flower with a healthy lifestyle.
By choosing a fitness lifestyle, I have committed to be physically fit and healthy.
A healthy body, for a healthy mind. Step by step, I implemented new eating patterns and training techniques. I ended up gaining leaner muscle mass, reduce body fat and perform better in the gym. My training style incorporates various techniques, including resistance training, high intensity training, bodybuilding, calisthenics and yoga. As for nutrition, I have been doing intermittent fasting for the past year and I mainly eat whole plant-based foods.
Now on my blog, I want to share my experience but I also want to inspire, motivate and challenge you to Be Stronger, Be Healthier, To Feel Good and Simply Be at Your Best! I believe we can all bring out the best of ourselves by choosing a healthy lifestyle. I will be sharing training and nutrition tips, some tasty home-made recipes, some articles and much more. Little by little you will witness my progress and I hope, learn new things.
Last, but not least, as the insightful motivational speaker Sheila Murray Bethel said: “One of the most courageous things you can do is identify yourself, know who you are, what you believe in and where you want to go”.
I already knew who I was and what I believed in. But now, I know where I want to go, and nothing will stop me!
